Please ensure that the spelling of the name you choose is correct. There will be no refunds for incorrect spelling. Please email info@avanteshowroom.com after you placed your order to inform us of the name you would like created. You can also leave a note in the checkout area of what name you would like created. Please choose the correct letter count when ordering as the price is dependant on the letter count.

Buy worry free with our 30 day warranty program. All of our products are eligible for a free replacement if the product is damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery. It is the customer responsibility to reach out to us via email at info@avanteshowroom.com within 30 days of delivering the product to receive a replacement.
