Shipping Policy 

Below is the processing and shipping times for Fedore Accessories 
Holiday Shipping Policy valid November 1st - December 31st 
All Limited Edition Gift Sets are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges and No Refunds! 
Due to us trying to get the orders out in a timely manner, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. 
Please allow up to 7 business days for your in stock product to ship and up to 14 business days for your items to be delivered. 
For custom nameplates and photo pendants the shipping timeframe is currently between 3 to 5 weeks. 
 

Orders

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 3-7 business days after the order is placed. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions these processing times may be extended to 10-14 business days.
Fedore Accessories does not offer expedited processing services unless specifically requested to rush a order. Once an order has left our facility your selected shipping speed will be applied by USPS, and USPS will strive to deliver your package within 3 to 5 Business days. 
Fedore Accessories is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package (weather, COVID-19, operations, truck break downs, improper package handling). Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support here if your delivery was delayed. If you do not see movement with your tracking number for more than 5 business days please file a Route Package Protection claim here
 

Custom Orders

All custom made orders will currently take up to 3 to 5 weeks before completion. This includes nameplates and photo pendants
IMPORTANT:
Due to being 100% hand made our processing times can not be guaranteed. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be cancelled nor returned. These items are handmade by our manufacturing team and take a lot of time to perfect. 

Please Note:

  • A "Business Day" does not include weekends or Holidays
  • Once an order is shipped , an automated email notification with a tracking number is sent immediately.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
  • During holiday season we can not guarantee an exact delivery time due to an increase in orders, and increased USPS deliveries.
  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
  • All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency.

MISSED DELIVERY

Fedore Accessories ensures the dispatch of each order to the exact address provided at the time of purchase. In the event that the customer provides an incorrect or partial address it will result in a non-delivery. USPS will not be able to successfully deliver your package to an incorrect or partial address. If the mail carrier chooses to mark the package as "Return to Sender", Fedore Accessories shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund due to the mail carrier's decision. 
USPS will return the package to our distribution center. A customer service representative will personally contact you once your package is returned. Once confirmed that your package has arrived - you may choose to receive the following: full store credit or a re-shipment which will require a reshippent fee of $6 to be paid. 
Our custom nameplate orders require a signature. In the event that you are not home and miss the delivery please contact your local USPS or UPS immediately to arrange for a redelivery or pickup options. In most cases your local post office will hold your items for 14 days before returning your items to our distribution center. To set up a redelivery, Click Here

LOST IN TRANSIT + STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Fedore Accessories is not responsible for lost packages nor stolen packages. In the case a package has been lost by the postal service or stolen you must contact us within 30 days of the incident. 
Fedore Accessories shall in no way be required to issue a refund. If you have purchased Route Shipping Insurance and feel your package is lost or stolen, a claim should be submitted within 15 days of the occurrence. Learn more about Route Shipping Insurance. 
 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel an order you may contact customer service at info@avanteshowroom.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we can not process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
