Returns and Exchange Policy
For U.S. Orders:
30 Day Warranty:
Damaged Orders
Buy worry free with our 30 day warranty program. All of our products are eligible for a free replacement if the product is damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery. It is the customer responsibility to reach out to us via email at info@avanteshowroom.com within 30 days of delivering the product to receive a replacement.
In order to receive the benefit of this warranty the damage or defective item must be returned to us. Within 14 days of us receiving the return item we will issue and ship out a replacement.
If the item is sold out, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit only.
The 30 day warranty does not cover any exchanges or returns due to incorrect sizing or color.
In the rare case that your jewelry was damaged during delivery the customer must contact Fedore Accessories within 7 days. Fedore will file an insurance claim with Route Shipping Insurance on your behalf or request the customer completes a return request. Route Shipping Insurance will decide to replace the item or reimburse.
To request a replacement under our warranty program visit our returns center and choose the "My Item Is Damaged option.

Return Policy for Sizing or exchanges
Here at Fedore Accessories we understand that jewelry is a personal investment, and we want to make sure everything is perfect for our valued customers. If you're not totally obsessed with your Fedore Accessories purchase, you may return it for a store credit refund or a replacement item. Return requests may be submitted only for unworn merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. Packaging must be included in the returned package (card inserts, jewelry box, gift cards) or fees may be deducted from the total refund amount. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued once the return is processed. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount issued.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or issue refunds for worn items, custom-made nameplates, nor custom made photo pendants. Neither of these are eligible for return unless there were mishaps that occurred prior to shipment or a repair is required.
Fedore Accessories reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of approval.
All returned merchandise is subject to quality assurance inspection. If your returned merchandise does not pass quality assurance inspection it may be returned to you, and the refund shall be voided.
Exchanges:
Fedore Accessories allows exchange request for unworn items. The request must be submitted within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date. Exchanges are only available for items we have in stock. If the item the customer would like to exchange for is more expensive than the item the customer originally bought, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the exchange. Fedore Accessories reserves the right to deny any exchange request if the returned items are damaged or worn.
HERE'S HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S):
1. Visit our returns center: https://fedoreaccessories.returnscenter.com/ . Fill out the email and order number on the form to retrieve your order details.
2. Choose the item(s) you need to return. Once chosen, select your reason for return. Then submit your return request; once your return request is submitted it is subject for review.
3. Please note it may take up to 3 business days to review your return request. However once your return request is reviewed and approved you will be emailed specific instructions on where to return your order. In certain cases you will be provided with a FREE return label, please ensure to print it out and attach it securely to your shipping box.
4.Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail !
5. After we receive your return back allow 14 business days for your replacement to be sent or store credit to be issued.
Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing! All returned merchandise is subject to quality assurance inspection. If your returned merchandise does not pass quality assurance inspection it may be returned to you, and the refund shall be voided.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel an order you may contact customer service at info@avanteshowroom.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we can not process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
