Shipping took longer than expected and I reached out via email 3 times and sent a text no reply. Finally received a reply many days later. I guess they ran out of their usual boxes they use for shipping because mine came in a silver box.
I finally received my necklace yesterday, absolutely beautiful.
Put it on for the 1st time today, and it fits like a choker instead of a necklace. Can I send it back? Just received all pieces on the 3rd of March

I have writing you stating I got wrong chain. I bought new chain that I wanted and it doesn’t fit my heart locket. I have been trying to get this resolved so I exchange my heart locket for a bigger locket that fits my chain and I have not got a response. Your customer service is horrible and you don’t have a phone number I can call to get my order corrected
