I sent my Bracelet back to Orlando Florida 32837 and have received my exchange item back,I needed a size 8, I ordered a size 7 Bracelet and needed a size 8were is my Bracelet,Yal a very hard to deal with,no number to call,I sent my tracking number on my post office receipt,no one not trying to reach out to me, I'm going to get a Lawyer because money is not free to give away,send me my Bracelet back
Although this chain is beautiful, the chain is not the same as the one in the picture. The chain in the picture has two hearts. The one they sent me only has one heart. Highly disappointed too much to send back probably just gift it to my sister. I was really looking forward to this chain after months of debating if I should get it .
My package notification said delivered February 26, 2024. I have not received the package as of yet. I reported this to the company, I am still waiting for a response. I made sure to put rounte protection on this item. I have gotten many items which I truly loved. I know this one will ve no difference. It's just hard to get a response to a n inquiry.
